RENT ONE

1865: 600 Hampshire was a 4-story building that housed Noah's Ark department store, offices and apartments on the upper levels.  1915: the building was converted into the Belasco Theater.  1945: a tornado destroyed the 2 upper floors.  1969: the building became the Adams Cinema until it closed in 1999.  2002: this property was donated to a local church.  2011: We, Noi and Tenille Sonethongkham, purchased the building and opened One Restuarant and Bar in 2012.  2017: We became ONE Event Venue.
